On Tuesday, September 15, 2026 at 8:22 PM, Troopers arrested Eric Santos, age 32, of 81 Arabian Drive, Coventry, Rhode Island for Duty to Stop for an Accident Resulting in Damage to Vehicle. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident on Route 95 in the City of Warwick, a subsequent investigation conducted by Troopers, and the suspect turning himself in at Wickford Barracks. Santos was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a future Third District Court re-arraignment date.
