At 2:37 PM, Troopers arrested Richard Price, age 55, of 126 Ohio Ave, Apartment 1, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Determination of Attorney on the original charge of Murder – 1st Degree originating out of the Providence Police Department and 2.) Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of DUI of Liquor – B.A.C 0.15 or Greater- 1st Offense originating out of State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. Price was transported to State Police – Hope Valley where he was processed and later transported to the ACI – Men's Intake Center.
