At 1:33 AM, Troopers arrested Johnmar Ortiz Ponce, age 34, of 1B Pleasant View, Fall River, Massachusetts, for Driving Under the Influence of Liquor – .15 or Greater (Phase I: .154%; Phase II: .158%) – First Offense. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Ponce was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
